Milan, march 29th 2010 - Mittel Spa and MicroVentures SpA (MicroVentures Italy) have signed an agreement for the acquisition by Mittel of a 15% stake in the share capital of MicroVentures. The investment will be made through the subscription of a dedicated capital increase. Mittel Spa, one of the first companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (1885), is a financial company active in the equity investment in both private and public companies, provision of advisory services, corporate lending and real estate.
